VestiMock provides tools to generate ecommerce-ready product images. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Use of Service

You agree to use VestiMock only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for how you use the generated images.

User Content

You retain ownership of all images you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use and process those images.

No Guarantee of Results

VestiMock aims to improve product images, but results may vary depending on image quality. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or marketplace approval.

Marketplace Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your images comply with marketplace requirements (such as Amazon, Shopify, or others).

Accounts & Billing

Some features require a paid plan. Billing is handled through third-party providers such as Stripe. You are responsible for managing your subscription.

Subscription & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing settings.

If you cancel your subscription, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the applicable plan. Subscriptions are not prorated.

Service Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

VestiMock is intended to assist with ecommerce image preparation. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated images before use.

VestiMock is not responsible for how images are used or for marketplace acceptance or compliance.

Changes

These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of any changes.
